Difference between mixing and mixing process

2019-11-07
second

1. "Mixed" flotation As the mixed grade of fluorite and barite is as high as 90% or more, the ball milling throughput can only be controlled at 5-6T. If you go up to the 5A flotation cell, the capacity will be small, it will be easy to run the trough, and the original ore loss will be great. The "preferred" flotation can reach 9-10T per hour, which greatly reduces the cost of beneficiation.

2. Although the "mixed separation" has been separated by more than eight times of fluorite weight selection, the grade of fluorite concentrate can reach 92%-95%. But barite can only reach 85% after re-flotation. It can't reach more than 95%. The "preferred" process can float the barite grade above 95%, the whiteness above 92%, and both SiO2 and CaCO3 below 1%. The "mixed selection" process has a recovery rate of less than 80%, while the "preferred" process can achieve a recovery rate of more than 85%.

3. The amount of reagents used in the "mixing" process is large, especially for barite inhibitors. Because the barite grade of the raw ore is more than 20 degrees higher than that of fluorite, the dosage is larger, and the purchase price is expensive, so the cost of the reagent is very high. Although the "preferred" process has many types of drugs, it has a small amount and is cheap, and the cost is only about 40% of the "mixed selection" process.

4. Due to the low grade of raw ore currently used by the barite manufacturers for debugging, the fluorite content is around 30%, the barite contains more than 50%, and the calcium carbonate contains 7% -15%. This makes it more difficult for "mixed selection". In the process debugging. After seven separations, the grade of fluorite concentrate can only reach 85%, because calcium carbonate is too high, and the "preferred" process is more than 95%, and the silicon and calcium carbonate can be less than 1%.

After the comparison of the “mixed selection” commissioning and the “preferred” process test of the graded overflow pulp, the problems that “mixed selection” cannot be solved in the industrial debugging are all solved in the “optimized” process. Therefore, the process of flotation of fluorite after the barite is preferentially floated out is more scientific, more reasonable, and more in line with the actual production requirements than the "mixed selection" process.

"Preferred" process equipment configuration: daily processing of 100-220T raw ore configuration.

1.1500 * 1500 mixing buckets 5 1200 * 1200 mixing buckets 3 900 * 1100 plastic mixing buckets 2 700 * 900 plastic mixing buckets 1 600 * 600 matching plastic buckets 2 400 * 400 matching plastic buckets 1

2.Dosing machine (wheel cup type) 2 and other homemade or purchased dosing barrels 6

3. Floatation barite (series) 19 tanks. Flotation fluorite (two series)

4. A heavy sand pump is sent for selection.
